We are now operating by the semester rather than the quarter. Session 1 will begin Monday, August 28, 2017 and end on Thursday, December 21, 2017 our program options range from beginners to advanced players, and you may choose different days of the week.
This program is designed for kids of all ages who want to learn and enjoy the life sport of tennis for introductory and/or recreational purposes. The curriculum will include stroke (forehand, backhand, serve and volley) and technique development, along with some strategy in a fun, game-centric format.
This program is designed for students ages 7-15 who wish to dedicate themselves to improving their tennis, with the goal of tournament participation at the local and state levels. Each day will be composed of stroke and technique development, strategy, live ball drills, matchplay, and some fitness and breath control exercises. The goal is to prepare each student for tournament play, and graduation into the high-performance program.
As a Team, Commodore Tennis Future Champs will play two tournaments each session. We will provide the coaching for each tournament, and we will support each other as a TEAM.
Each student will receive video analysis of his/her game, along with a complementary 30 minute lesson with the pro of his/her choice.
This program is for Elite Tournament players, ages 12-18, who have designs on college tennis, as well as local, state, national and international junior tennis tournaments.

7) Quick Reaction and Decision Making
8) Video Analysis
9) Tournament play (3-4 tourneys per session)
Members of this group will work out as a team 2-3 times per week on fitness, quickness, and mental toughness. Further we will employ state of the art reaction and decision making training used at the highest levels of athletic competition.
Each student will set goals at the beginning of each session, keep track of his/her progress, and evaluate success at the end of each session.
We will travel as Commodore Elite to 3-4 tournaments per 8 week session.
